In a project to modernize a legacy FormBuilder tool, I played a lead role in reshaping a clunky, overgrown system into a streamlined, scalable platform. Through deep user research and iterative testing, we identified key opportunities to improve clarity, reduce repetitive tasks, and bring the experience closer to what today’s users expect from powerful creation tools.
